Always wanted to try these and turns out they will be a staple to our bedroom fun play. Warning though. Put down a sheet for easier clean up or plan to run the vac on the floor afterwards.Ok, so they are perfect! This brand burns clean and easy with just the right amount of attention getting tingles when the drip hits the skin. We use a blindfold and run the candles about 12-15 inches above the body. Adjust based on feedback. Low lighting allows the candle light to add dramatic flare to the moment for the user that’s not wearing a blindfold. Only the person receiving wears a blindfold. I feel like I needed to say that. The wax can splatter a little so the blindfold doubles as eye protection when dropping on the upper body. We found the candles last plenty of time with a slow enough burn to use for several sessions of play each. All depends on how much wax you wish to cover your partner with. We burned for about 10 minutes of foreplay. It was perfect. Peeling of the wax is a sensual part of the play too. So it’s not over when the flame is out. Ignore the pieces of wax after peeling and move right in to the next phase of play. Remember, clean up is AFTER you’re finished and not in the middle of the evening. I say this because this type of play does require a minute or two more of work for prep and clean up than just plain vanilla sex. Soooo worth it though.

These are great—they burn at a safe temperature and make a fun addition to a romantic night. No scent, burns easily, comfortable on skin. And great value for the price!

I've seen instructions say to hold the candle upside down and let that drip off onto the skin but that makes it a little too warm for beginners so if you hold it to the side then it won't be as warm but will still have a very slight sting to keep it interesting.

I'm not sure to give it 5 stars yet, so apologies if my mind changes to 5 stars. I so far like these candles a lot. I have always used Bondage Man's candles which are excellent. These burn very differently than Bondage Man's candles. These burn slower but also look very sensual and elegant. They added a lot to my play session. They also seemed easier to clean up after and easier to get off the body than other wax play candles I have used. They are a nice size and holding them above my submissive with the big flame they have was lovely.

We bought these for a party we went to. They were packaged nicely when they came and the candles were in pristine condition. I wish I would have taken a photo of them. The purple one was more pink than I wanted but was still pretty. I wish we could have tried them but they were won by someone else. I can not say how they work because of it but we are planning on buying more in the near future and testing them out ourselves. I would definitely recommend them based on their looks and the way they feel to the touch. They were larger than I thought they were going to be as well.

these were too hot. You have to really be careful or they hurt too much.I wouldn't recommend these.

Unusable for dripping or even burning as normal candles, as far as I can tell. Once lit, rapidly guttered out regardless of held angle (vertical at 0 or 180 degrees, horizonal, or inverted to 225 degrees). To use them I had to keep a lit flame melting the candle, defeating the purpose of buying a candle. Wax temperature was fine for me but a bit hot for my sensitive partner. Cleanup on skin was fine.
