I am not expert in this kind of thing but I am wiring up my house for ethernet and these are just what I needed. After testing them I see no issues. They are pretty thick plastic and dont flex too much. The "old workbox" style of fastener is working great. Price seems reasonable to me as well.

These are the same I see at the local big box stores with a slight cost saving. These will work fine for additional ethernet runs I plan to add in my home.
