These are exactly what I needed to fix a set of tabletop chimes. The original had gotten brittle and I didn't know if I could find the right thickness and flexibility, but these are perfect.

I have a set of chimes on my drum set, and they are old. A couple of the chimes fell off, and I was desperate for a solution. This set was the perfect answer to my problem, and I used them to replace all of my ties on my chimes.

I bought these ties to hang several chimes from my Latin percussion 72 bar chime tree that a few chines had come loose and then fell off I was told this is the only item that you can use to repair your chimes because the ties are pre-measured to be exact after installing 10 chine with the new ties every single one of them hangs lower than the original chimes that are tied with the original ties I don’t know who is measuring this but it completely ruins the symmetry of a very beautiful instrument and it doesn’t cut it for me . Where can I get LP ties of the proper size because these are not them and I’m left very disappointed plus I wasted money . UPDATE: seller has processed a complete refund

There is nothing wrong with these. I am posting this just so that others know they may not work on a non-LP instrument. I ordered them to replace the ties on a brass West music tabletop chime tree, and they were too long. The fastener does not allow for any adjustment.
