Bolts appear to be stainless-good. Bolt heads are 16.4 mm as measured with a micrometer. It seems I need a 16.5mm wrench or a 21/64 wrench/socket to install them-not so good.

Great purchase. It includes everything needed for use and worked great on my CTS-V V2. I didn't want to pull the radiator to remove the front main seal on the crank. This allowed me to do that easily, by holding the engine tight. without the need for an impact wrench which could potentially damage the thrust bearings on the mains.

This is a good quality flywheel lock. It's extremely durable and easy to install. It comes with all the hardware you need to install it.
