Flex plate appeared poorly made. There was slag from the tack welds all over it and you could see a lot of daylight I between the ring gear and the body of the flex plate. Put it on anyway because it did fit the torque converter. But about 20 start ups later the starter stripped out the flywheel because it sits to far in the transmission allowance the starter to only grab half the with of the ring gear. And every time we did crank the motor you could hear the flex plate and the starter grinding. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. USE THE ORIGINAL FACTORY ONE OR SPEND THE MONEY ON A GOOD ONE

I purchased two of these, and they were both out of round, which binds the starter and eventually tears up the ring gear. Please note that the ring gears on these are not hardened steel. Spend the extra money.
