My ozone lamp in my furnace area is working perfectly, it should last many years the last one lasted 7 years.

The bulb works and puts out the amount of UV visible light that one would expect; however, this bulb does not produce the fresh air ozone type that you might be looking for. There are multiple wavelengths that produce ozone and though this one does produce ozone, it does not produce the fresh air type that one expects when they see the word "ozone", instead it is the type that smells burnt for a lack of a better term. I bought several of them to shelf as replacements and I tried them all with the same results across the board. So, 3 stars because it works fine and does produce and only two stars since the ozone type is not what anyone would likely expect. Get GPH212T5VH/4 https://amzn.com/B010TFBLVW if you want the fresh air type ozone in a T5 bulb of the same length.

Arrived broken. It did not fit, even though it stated it was compatible.
