There was only 1 bulb in stock (we needed 4) so I bought the 1 -- price was great and this arrived weeks before expected. Very happy. Seller was Light Shop Direct, who might be LSE (the manufacturer)? Either way, I went to LSE's direct website to buy the other 3, and I'll NEVER do that again. First contacted LSE to check speed of shipping to my address, and they said it'll arrive in 4-5 days. I ordered and paid extra for expedited shipping ($55) -- then received tracking that the bulbs will arrive in 2 weeks. When I wrote LSE again to ask why so long, I was simply told "It takes longer to ship to where you're at." So I wrote back again to ask for a refund on my expedited shipping since 2 weeks isn't "expedited" and I was clearly misinformed by their CS, and their response was "We don't work for USPS and can't tell them how to do their jobs." WTH?! They didn't have to refund me but there are a number of better ways to respond. Needless to say the bulbs took just over 2 weeks to arrive. I would've ordered from elsewhere had I known it would take so long. So, buy Amazon where the service and shipping is MUCH better than going via their direct website.

Replacement UV light was a good fit and the same as the bulb it was replacing. Connected it and turned it on, it flickered and then nothing. Bulb burned up within seconds of install. Checked the fuse which was good. I guess there's a reason the price on these bulbs is half the price!
