I haven't played much with it, but it's hosting 8 18tb drives for me with a zfs array on them. It's given me absolutely no problems and was on the less expensive side of the options I found.

So far the card seems to be working as intended but I HAVE to stress as another purchaser did that the cables included are causing massive read errors on my unraid server. The seller should correct this issue and ensure that the cables are of better quality.You do not purchase a SAS adapter and think the parts that come with it will be broken out of the box so to speak.I will update as I have ordered two new cables and report if the issue still stands and after that. I hope it resolves the issue otherwise the card may be bad.

Card woks as intended only gripe is the the breakout cables are awfully thin, i feel like i need to treat them like the delicate fiber of yesteryear. All cables being same length and tightly bundled together makes it difficult to cable manage as drives are different distances from the card. Unequal length cabling would have been betterall in all no complains about performance, works like a champ!

This is a very good non-raid card for a Truenas build.I have been using it so far for 5 months.No issues and works great!Its a BUY.

When you're paying a premium price for a product like this compared to other listings you'd expect quality cables but one of the cables is giving constant read errors.
