The item came as described, all the items looked and felt sturdy. However, I should have checked the actual dimensions first--I wanted to install it on one of my 2 by 4 beams--however, It's too large for that and the screws would be too close to the edges. So I had to return it.

This was exactly what I needed to hang yoga silks/yoga hammock. They were easy to install in a ceiling beam (not exposed - just needed a stud finder) and have held up great. Very sturdy with daily use for a couple of months now.

Simple and strong. I weigh 206.6 pounds and it holds me just fine. Push and pull exercises done with rings are a breeze. I may purchase the TRX system next. Good product!

The product itself seems very sturdy and well built, but I can tell that it’s been used before. Clear marks where the washers were tightened down already. Had to take a couple of stars off for that.
