The frames themselves are lovely. We put some very special 8x10 portraits in these frames and they look quite elegant. However, getting them into the frames was a formidable task. My advice would be to contact "Rufus" from Amazon who gave us some essential advice.A further suggestion would be to have some very narrow (0.39") two-sided tape on hand. It fits exactly where it needs to fit to make the frames work.This does require some patience (thus only a 40-star rating) but the final result is worthy of the very special portraits that they hold.

This frame is beautiful...and what makes it unique, in addition to the design, is the way one slides the picture into the back of the frame, which is permanently attached to the frame. It's an excellent idea, and the frame is an excellent addition to my entertainment center! I simply love it.
