Wheels are heavier than the standard wheels, but much better quality, Bit of a pain to cut the existing wheels of. But as soon as that is done and some rework to the wheel attachment molding is done it is a breeze to attach these wheels.Definitely check the dimensions of the existing wheels before buying.

These replacement wheels work well but require several tools to install. I used a reciprocating saw to cut the axle on the original wheels. I tried drilling out the axle from the end, but ironically, all this did was spin the axle (I was replacing them because the wheels didn't spin freely). To replace a single wheel on my luggage required 2 small spacers, one on each side of the wheel (see photo). I also wanted to put a washer between the spacer and the plastic so that the spacer would not cut into the plastic over time. This meant that each wheel also required 4 washers. To do all 8 wheels, you would need 16 small spacers and 32 washers. Unfortunately, the kit only contains 8 small spacers and 16 washers. The washers can be easily replaced, but finding the spacers may take some work. I ended up using even more washers to replace the needed spacers.

Right off the bat… and they give you more than enough to make the wheels fit for more than one size.Have already used the suitcase. BIG difference! It rolls super quiet and super smooth.Hard and very smooth rubber. Bearing sealed well and doesn’t wobble at all.Very difficult for me to remove the old wheels! I almost drilled one wheel mount right off the suitcase. That’s epoxy in the picture.
