I evaluated 12 bags looking for the best underseater that met my needs. This hard-side bag was unique and I almost wanted to keep it just because of that. It was stable to pull and with my backpack on top. It rolled easily. It did not have a place for a water bottle and required an additional handle mounted pocket. It did not have a way to strap it into a larger bag for transport and needed a bungee. But I loved the leather-like texture and how it looked and matched up my larger luggage set. In the end the limited cargo capacity made me return it and the price seemed too high for these limitations.

This bag arrived after a short delay by UPS and not the fault of the seller. It looks just like the pictures and the color is great. I was very impressed. The front load is a game changer for me. It allows easy access without the clam shell and stuff falling out. This made packing a breeze and the luggage holders in the hotel worked perfectly with it. When using the matching carryon they also nest for easy storage. I fly United and had no problems with this bag’s size. The luggage came back after my flight without a scratch or scuff. I have also dropped it a few times and it is holding up well. The zipper was a little stiff on the first few uses but the quality is good without question. The rolls very easy both when loaded and empty. I feel for the price and quality you are not going wrong with this bag and get good value for your money. I will add one last thing which may be a negative for some users of clam shells. You don’t have a separate area at the end of a trip for dirty clothes. You can lower the center flap part and use it as a divider or pack a cube for dirty clothes. This is not a problem for me as I wash everything after a trip.

I've had this for 9 months now. I travel multiple times per month for work and family vacations and is holding up well. Probably 50 trips so far. First one charging port was not working at all and returned for exchange, second suitcase I tested and only one of the two ports was working. I don't really use the ports as my external charger I just keep in my backpack. The rest of the suitcase is wonderful. I love the space for my laptop in a separate locked portion. The number of pockets in the that front section, as well as the two compartments in the large section are more than enough. I like the zipper netting and zipper flap on the inside. You can also extend the amount of space when not using for carry-on aircraft luggage for an extra jacket. You can get a lot packed in and it still seems to be able to close easily. It has a 3 year warranty and I'll either be utilizing the warranty or buying a new one just like this one. For the price it was well worth it.

It's a nice luggage and I love that it's expandable. The outer shell seems strong but let's see how it holds up to my upcoming travels. I was really excited about the USB ports especially because it has both USB-A and USB C ports but unfortunately they did not work. I've tried 2 different power banks but they're DOA.Edit: Seller got in touch with me to help fix the issue. Great after sales service!!

Excellent carry on. Best feature is the laptop compartment; it comes with a lock. However, the USB port is not useful to me.
