The bag itself seems to be quality. It's thick and can absorb a punch with no problem. I just can't find a good solid place to mount it using self adhesive velcro straps. I'm still trying to figure out how to hang it.

This is a good little bag for the low cost. I was expecting much poorer quality. That said it isn't a premium product, it is cheaply made with lower quality materials, but it is well put together and it works. This would be great for light training as an adult, or younger kids. The kids could hit it full power where I cannot. It does not weigh very much but it can absorb a fair amount of force. I cannot give it full power but I can be somewhat rough with it. I have busted the seam in one side from kicking it too hard. It should be used more for accuracy I think or younger kids. I was able to repair it easily with some stronger thread I had in the house. It isn't going to last long with constant use, but considering it is only 23.99 I think it's good. I would purchase another one for sure at that price. I think 5 stars is fair given the low cost. It is better than I expected.

I love this thing. Install and setup was very easy. Double sided tape on the Velcro made it a breeze. I installed the pad to the center of the Velcro first and then peeled off the tape and stuck it to the wall making sure it was nice and square. Waited 2 days before I started beating on it.It takes a punch well and absorbs the sound nicely.
