My 83 year-old friend has a little (5.5 lb) Chorkie, that's precious to her. They moved back to another state this week--riding in the moving truck.She knew she needed a way to carry the dog safely at stops along the way, since she uses a walker, and the dog, being a terrier/chihuahua mix, is always full of energy and wants to explore after a long ride.We tried a couple of sling-type carriers and this one was easily the best. The outside fabric is tough and waterproof. The inside is lined with soft material, and was roomy enough to add a small blanket, since the area is quite cold in the winter.The netting that draws the top closed to keep the animal confined safely when needed, is simple to close and the mesh is a soft fabric. (The dog will destroy it soon, of course, since she's chewed her way out of other box-type carriers--zippers are her passion--but then, nothing can withstand a terrier for long.)The carrier strap is wide and padded, and the length is adjustable; very comfortable and secure.There are two pockets; a slim one on the side for something like cash or ID, and a larger one, hanging at the front, that's suitable for a phone or keys.All of the features are well thought out, but what made the difference for me was the removable (cleanable) standing board on the bottom, to give the animal support. Constantly having to balance and move around to remain standing in the bag will make any animal feel insecure and irritable. Not something you want on long or short trips.The price of the sling carrier was a bit more than others you could buy, but the features and quality make this one a superior value.

I have received so many compliments on this carrier. There are compartments for treats, leash and your wallet and phone! Plus, your dog will be comfortable and happy!

I really wanted to live this carrier, but it just didn't quite work. The material, multiple pickets, strap, and hard bottom are all great. But the net at the top, which helps secure the pet in the bag, is not soft-- rather scratchy. It wraps right around the neck of my little 8# Chihuahua. I'd rather see a soft, breathable fabric instead of the netting. Had to return. Found an alternative with soft interior, safety leash, and snap closure to secure the pet. Pockets aren't as functional for me as on this one, but little fur babe almost fell asleep while trying the new one.

This bag is great. Comes as described. Our little chihuahua fits perfectly. The board on the bottom helps him stand or lay comfortably, it’s also removable for cleaning. The strap is adjustable and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a bag for your dog, try this one. Great value for the price!

I was a little disappointed it said in the description it had a sturdy bottom for the puppy to be able to stand and I thought it was not what I would call sturdy so I returned this item

We’re very pleased with this pet sling!! It works great for our 7 lbs. kitten (she’s 7 months old). I ordered the one without the mesh net and had to return it because it didn’t feel like she was secure enough and could easily jump out, and she didn’t feel secure either which made her unhappy. This sling with the mesh is perfect for us!! We use a harness and secure her in the bag then tighten the mesh around her neck and she feels snug and secure, just as we’d hoped. Another great feature is the sturdy board on this sling model (as opposed to the first one we ordered, which didn’t have that either). The shoulder part is very comfy and well padded. I am able to carry it for a good distance and my husband who is more broad and bigger than I am can switch with me and feel comfortable as well. The construction of the sling and the pockets all feel very well constructed. Our cat is so happy to be able to go on outdoor adventures with us since she is an indoor kitty. It does attract hair and lint easily, but our cat is short haired so that helps, plus on a black bag, the hair can be seen more easily, but a quick sweep of the lint brush helps with that. All in all, this sling is a winner in our book and we highly recommend it. Of course, what works for one person may not work for another, but it definitely works great for our needs. Hope it works well for you, too.

Easy to use and the flat bottom makes it so much more comfortable for my little dog. Love that the strap is adjustable and there are multiple pockets. Very good price.

This dog bag was not what I expected. It has zero support surrounding the bag. My yorkie is only 7 lbs and the bag was way too floppy, with no support.. and it was uncomfortable around my shoulder/neck. I will stick with the front Carrier back pack I already have which I love and it has total support for carrying your pup!

I purchased to use with my new dachshund puppy before he had received all his shots. It meant I could take him everywhere with me in the first couple of months. Easy to wash and he loved being in his pouch.

Love this bag. More importantly my Pomchi loves it and fits snuggly into it each time.He even gets excited everytime he sees it. Very easy to get him in and out of it as well.
