I have the door against a linden tree with little stepping stones up to it. I haven’t decided if I’m going to use the windows or not. This is very sturdy. I’ve had wooden fairy doors before, and I think this one will last longer. I’m going to spray it with a clear matte finish to protect it and hopefully make it last even longer. The kids and my husband like it too! I’m really happy with this sturdy, cute door. Thanks!

This very heavy door turned our tree stump into a gnome house. The windows are a nice touch, but I’ll have to repaint the very unprofessional paint job they were painted with. That’s however not as important as how weighty and weather resistant the pieces are. Very happy with purchase

So many of these fairy doors are made of wood and they eventually disintegrate in the elements. This one is solid metal so it’s going to last! Plus the price was great. I painted mine, but the door is also good to go as is as well.

I didn’t know I wanted this until I saw it. It is a great price for a heavyweight outdoor decoration. It is exactly as pictured. I have it tucked into the base of a tree, just waiting to serve as a pleasant surprise to anyone who notices it.

These windows worked well and are cast iron so they will last for a long time outdoors. My only wish is that I could have gotten them a little bit bigger but I put two of them together and it gave them a bigger appearance.
