I got this to pair with my grand piano. I had been shopping around quite a bit. Height adjustable was required, but I didn't like how most other benches looked at their higher settings (I'm tall) where it would be at 90% of the time. It needed to be easy to adjust so other family members can play too. I suppose there are ways this bench could be better, but I can't think of any. It is very comfortable, a great size, very sturdy, the feet are perfect, it never moves when you don't want, but it slides effortlessly on my tile floor when I want it to, it looks and feels like a premium product.

I am a big fan of this bench. The hydraulic lift makes it simple and easy to put yourself in the position to where you are comfortable and have great posture, allowing you to tickle those ivories with ease.At this price I would say I expected some form of genuine leather but I guess it would be a far more expensive bench if that were the case.The bench itself is comfortable and easy to sit on for hours while practicing.Overall I think it would be excellent if it had genuine leather but it's still good without it.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

I was looking for a hydraulic piano bench to replace my artist's bench which was making sounds while I was playing. After researching several options, this has been a perfect replacement at a reasonable cost. It is very easy to assemble and the hydraulic works well when adjusting height and is actually much easier to adjust than the artist's bench. For any pianist/keyboard play who is looking for a new bench, I highly recommend this one. You won't be diasappointed.

Great buy for the price.Highly recommend for those who needs to sit on it every day, practicing piano or teaching.Very soft and soundless mechanism.If you are lighter that 125 pounds like I am, extra push down is needed to operate the bench's hight.Very comfortable, soft cushion with a right amount of support.I have tried many options recently, including traditional Jansen bench and European brands of pneumatic/hydraulic piano benches ( which cost 5 times more than this one) and found this bench the most comfortable and efficient.I wish there could be an option with a real leather top though.
