My husband works in construction so he needed these for a job he was doing. He was easily able to use it to space out what he was spacing out. This could be used for a fence job or even drywall or you name it. He uses it for all sorts of things. It works great.

TLDR: Mason line works as intended, and levels were level!Needed some to properly level our backyard when we were building our a french drain and it worked perfectly! Used it wrapped around some Lowe's paint stirring sticks with the levels in the middle to make sure we were leveled out to the right grading slope needed. Did the job, was easy to see while we dug out, and held up nicely. Solid recommendation from me.

I've been doing a lot of building construction the last couple of years and having a spool of brightly colored string is always a huge asset. String levels are generally helpful as well. This string is moderately heavy and will not break easily. The type of material is more conducive to construction layouts that some of the other string spools I've purchased at the local big box stores. The price is about average when you consider what you are getting in the package.
