I really like that it is so easy to switch the size of grinding and you don't need much pressure when twisting to grind. So easy to wipe down.

I wrote a bad review that I needed to update as soon as the problem got fixed.First I will say that my husband fixed the grinder by adjusting something. I don't know what because I am not sure if it came with any instructions as the box was thrown away a long time ago. So the grinder does an amazing job as far as the settings also there is no leaking. It works as it is supposed to and it does a great job!! I DO recommend this product !Also the seller (I beleive it's the company that makes them) reached out to me through Amazon and offered help and a new product to replace mine. The e-mail I received doesn't allow me to reply, I hope they see my review and then know I am happy and no replacement is needed. I apologize for the bad review, but I had no idea it could be fixed.

It is made in China. It grains salt into various different consistencies. Not sure of the durability.

Can definitely grind a lot of salt with minimal effort. Refreshing to ditch the automatic grinders we were using before that required periodic charging and mediocre performance.

My intention was it could grind pink rock salt and it does beautifully. It's messy in terms of salt dust so keep it clean and the cap on when not in use. Kind of cool since you can't tell it's a salt grinder. Several settings to choose from and that helps. Contributes to more even seasoning when I hold it high and 'rain' the salt over the food.

Thing is built like a tank, high quality, grinds out salt incredibly fast, the end catch cup is great.Only thing I wish it had was a tighter fitting lid so you can't open the top so easily.

Muss sagen, das ist die beste Pfeffermühle die ich jemals gekauft habe.Habe auch schon die SalzmühleSuper einfach die Mahlgrade einzustellen.Pfeffer ist sehr fein einzustellen.Ist aus Metall, liegt sehr gut in der Hand und sieht auch noch verdammt gut aus.Besser als jede Mühle mit Peugeot Mahlwerk.Kann es bestens empfehlen.Würde sie jederzeit wiederkaufen

I bought this because I received a 50lb bag of coarse himilayan salt. This grinder is very sturdy and we were even able to hook it up to a drill to grind salt faster. If you're looking for a heavy duty salt grinder this is it.

I love me some (well, heaps) of black pepper, but I usually wouldn't spend much on one. I've tried nice ones before, but they leak out the bottom or are huge or just break so quickly.I bought the "salt" version (the silver one) because it has a ceramic core vs steel, but never intend to put salt in it: it'll always be peppercorns.I can't believe how much is ground in a single turn, and I like it fine like a powder. The bottom captures it and then I can sprinkle it out. It's on somewhat firmly, but for those who find it difficult, physics dictates that you need to break the seal: don't just pull down, but push on an angle and it comes right off no problem.I was very skeptical about spending that much on a pepper mill, but I honestly believe this thing will last forever and for as long as I'll use it, it is just a dream.I'm not sure if there's actually a benefit to using the black version though: the silver one does pepper perfectly well and if I ever choose to, salt or basically any other spice.
