This is a very high quality and precise controller. That said, it "looks" less sophisticated than a similarly named brand, but it is superior in every way in my estimation.1) Precise control of temperature to one-tenth of a degree.2) Ports for temperature mats are located in a great place and easy to get to.3) Comes with two accurate probes, one for each controller3) Maintains temperature extremely well. I don't fiddle with mine much. I set it on a temperature with up to a 3 degree variance and run it.When I bought my first controller, another brand, I didn't realize some had heating and cooling functions. Rookie mistake and not enough reading. I only wanted heating for both ports. This one has two ports, both heating controls.If you want to know features, etc., read up on it, but I can say I am extremely happy. The ONLY thing I would like is a backlit screen. Otherwise, perfect for my needs. I will be buying more of these for my seed mats for next year.

Most heat mats are too hot for my seedlings, these thermostats are very helpful in keeping the right temperature, saving my plants and electricity.What makes this one even more useful is the ability to plug in two mats separately and control the minimum and maximum temperature. Also, the display may be more difficult to read, but it also doesn’t bring unwanted light into my grow tent during the dark period.

I am so glad this product controls two different heat mats from the one convenient little, um, dashboard.Makes it actually fun to check my temps in only 2 seconds whenever I like.No opening lids and letting the heat out of what I am checking -- that's the big advantage of devices like this that rely on a probeUsed in my home for fermenting batches of food productsController was easy to set up, the cords for the 2 temp probes and the 2 power cords are all plenty long but not too long, the display is quite easy to see at a glance although it's a bit dim -- if it's dark in your location, you might want to keep a flashlight there. (Or use the light from a phone)Accuracy has been consistent with the stick-on thermometer tapes I also use, the readings aren't the same number, the Luxbird results will always be about 2 degrees higher than the high end of whatever the stick-ons are reading.

- Doesn't know humidity only temperature- It will turn off or turn on bulbs when it gets too cold- Functioning- You can hang it up- Pretty durable- Screen brightness is fairly low but it's good if its in the bedroom- Easy to install- Accurate temperature- Accurate- Value for money is good- Can be a bit awkward and difficult to understand how to program to the needed temperature- It doesn't necessarily control how hot or cold it gets it just shuts off when it's the right temperature or too hot and turns back on when it's colder than it needs to be I definitely suggest a ceramic buld for this because if not your light will be on and off allllll night randomly and if you're like me and don't enjoy surprises especially in the dark you will not like a light going on and off randomly so do yourself a favor and use a ceramic bulb before you get sketched out.- Size is good it isn't overly heavy or huge even thumb tacks can hold it up and it's small enough it's not sticking out like a sore thumb.

I have three of these temperature controllers that I use in conjunction with six heat mats. They work great, get the job done and keep my plants at a consistent temperature! I would highly recommend them.

It was easy to set each side to control two different heating mats for seedlings. The control has kept the mats at the required temperature accurately for several weeks. Seedlings are doing great!

Purchased to control temperature of heat pads for my lizard's tanks. Had to adjust calibration all the way down(-9.9) and play with temperature settings to attain the proper temperature but once I got it set it has performed well. Controls both my terrariums with no problem. Since it does not automatically reset to my settings if turned off I leave it on all night and unplug the heat pads from the unit and turned off the volume to the high and low alarms.

This was fairly easy to setup. You just set a low and high bounds for the thermostat, lie it down and put plantings on top. I've been using it about 4 months now growing vegetables from seed in a greenhouse. It seems capable of warming the potted dirt above it about 20 degrees F more than the air temperature.

uno dei pochi termostati che permette di utilizzare due tappetini riscaldanti in contemporanea. i due tappetini possono essere impostati con temperature massime e minime differenti. affidabile e resistente. si puo' utilizzare con qualsiasi tipo di tappetino riscaldante, non solo quelli della stessa marca.

Non è un termostato...la sonda rileva la temperatura e il display avvisa solamente quando la temperatura è troppo alta,quindi serve che manualmente la abbassi tu... tecnologia che non aiuta inutile!!!
