I don’t know what others were talking about in the reviews? This planner is beautiful! Top tier….. I’m a planner lover and own several quality planners . I included my LV planner as photo next to this planner that I paid over $700 for. It matches the style without the cost !!! I’m getting ready to order another one. This will be my every day carry!!! It’s is well made, the hardware is beautiful! The ink pen is stunning and writes well!!!! Best purchase and value that i ever brought!!! Look at the photos even better in person!! You won’t regret!!

You DEFINITELY get your moneys worth! This A5 binder came with lots of extras such as planner pages (the page pictured is from Jouream on Etsy), pen, coffee paper clip! Super cute! I’d definitely be recommending this planner. Buy it!

This one arrived with significant ring issues. They were set to the side, very far to the side, and so the binder didn't close properly or work properly. I contacted the seller immediately, and they were very friendly and respectful and offered to send a replacement out. I haven't received that yet, and I will update if it's got the same flaw or if it's perfect. I'm giving four-stars today, with a sort of averaging of factors. It's five-stars for customer service so far, but two-stars for the binder itself, and I'll update when I see if this is an isolated flaw or if this is typical of the product. The flaw seemed so strange to me that, in a very rare moment, I actually stopped to ask about it, because it's simply not something I'd expect to see in a product that uses nice faux-leather and gold-tone hardware like this. They said it's not meant to be this way and this one is clearly defective.

Beautiful and soft croc leather. Each section is made so well. I can see using this for years now. It is exactly as the description says and even more. I love it.
