As an older woman it was a breeze to put together. Called company about couple little things and customer rep was so kind and she and her manager were extraordinarily helpful.Cart rolls easily, handles very well and is very solid and sturdy. No worries about heavy laundry loads in this. Much more load capacity than I expected If I invest in another to bring groceries in from garage, I will buy no other brand!!Well worth the investment to have a commercial quality cart. Highly recommend.

This cart was simple to assemble and is very sturdy.I love the wheels and mobility of the cart. I use it to take clothes to each room.You can opt to use the handle or not and I have it attached. Good quality item.

Great cart! Heavy-duty, sturdy, well-made, rolls effortlessly, maneuvers well. Great for getting groceries from the car to the kitchen in one trip, laundry to and from the laundry room, anything heavy/awkward/bulky from one end of the house to the other. Just be sure to check the measurements first - this is NOT a small item!

This cart is exactly what I was looking for. I needed something to help carry groceries from the garage to the kitchen, and to use for laundry. It's extremely well made, and can easily carry heavy items.The wheels are heavy duty (better than a shopping cart), and move effortlessly across carpet and flooring. The basket is made of a thick, coated wire, and has a soft rubber "bumper" around the top. These wires will not easily bend or break. The top of the handle is wrapped in a soft, durable foam.Assembly, frankly, was a pain in the a**. Perhaps it was frustration with my own neuropathy, but it takes nimble fingers to attach the nut to the screw. A tiny wrench and Allen wrench are included. It's mostly an intuitive process, but sometimes you need a larger illustration for clarity. Written instructions were too brief. The hardest part was trying to figure out how to attach the handle (see photo above).Assembly took me about1-1/2 hours. (I kept thinking this would have been easier for me to do ten years ago!) Older people will need help, so be patient with yourself and others.Overall, this is the cart you want. It's a great value, but be prepared to pay for shipping.

I purchased this for my mother who is in poor health. I didn’t want her reaching down low into a cart to get her laundry. Her front loading washer is on a stand and this cart is the perfect height for her to pull items in and out of both the washer and the dryer. The wheels are large and roll smoothly in all directions. It is substantial and seems like it will last for years. I am very pleased. It is expensive, but is professional quality and understandable.

Love this cart. So easy to move large loads of laundry or whatever. Moves very easily over different floor surfaces and it holds quite a bit of laundry. Has rubberized protection around the top for those of us who run into things like drywall and cupboards. Very sturdy. Worth the price. I've had it over six months now and love it and use it.

I love the big, sturdy wheels that make it easy to go from room to room over thresholds . The basket is a good big size to hold large loads of laundry. It is sturdy, well built, and has made doing my laundry so much easier. I love it! Assembly was easy too.

I like this product. Great height. Don't have to bend down. Very strong and sturdy. The rotating wheels allow me to move the cart freely.
