I have used this tablet/phone holder for awhile now and have not had any problems. It is pretty sturdy and after opening and closing it several times at a twice weekly band rehearsal, it is just as tight as before.Easy to adjust to various sizes and I especially dig the I can push it up close to my mic stand so that it is out of my way. I use the old school round heavy bottom mic stand, not a boom, so having a holder that comes out too far makes it hard to sing over and even harder to still read, so this is nice.I would recommend.Peace

This tablet holder is a solid product. I clamp it to my ride stand and the Ipad sits there with little problems. It occasionally slips, but nothing I can't fix in a quick second. The clasp works decently with my Ipad's case, but I feel that the claws could be a bit deeper. That way it gets a better hold. But at this point I'm being pick, great product.

The arm broke right at the ball the second time I took it to practice. This might be okay if you are keeping it at home, but if you are carting it around to different venues and practice sessions I don't think it will survive even the slightest contact with an amp or similar. I wound up replacing it with the Hercules product which is holding up great.Update: The seller contacted me and offered a refund, I am not planning on taking it (was I not careful enough? Maybe), but I am upgrading my rating to three stars due to their customer service.
