ORIFICE NOZZLE TIPS
Working pressure is up to 3000 PSI.
Orifice Size is 1.1 mm.
Made of brass.
NPT male screw nozzles, about 0.28 inch.
APPLICATION
- Include two standard foam generator nozzles for foam blaster, create thick foam suds that stick to your car.
- When foam cannon works not very well as before, maybe foam cannon orifice tips blocked or damaged. Try to replace it with new orifice nozzle and it will recover.

I recently upgraded my foam cannon with these 1.1 mm orifice nozzle tips, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The smaller orifice size delivers a denser, richer foam, which clings to surfaces better and helps break down dirt more effectively. Swapping out the nozzle was quick and easy, and the replacement fit perfectly with my snow foam lance. Great value too 2 for 1. Definitely recommend!

Good quality worked like a charm. I made the swap on a cheap Aliexpress foam cannon and now I get a very thick foam.

I used these to upgrade a foam cannon that had the gas powered orifice in it. WOW now i have a great foam cannon.

I have a Tool Daily foam cannon and the foam was weak. It was very thin even after adjusting it. I saw some videos that said changing the orifice to a 1.1 would work. They were correct. The foam was much thicker after changing the orifice and it was very easy to change. Cheap and was a big improvement

I have a $20 sunjo foam cannon. It always had runny foam and YouTube made it sound like you had to spend a bunch of money on a specific foam cannon. I found a YouTube video about changing the orfis and boy did it help. I have a 1,700 PSI electric pressure washer from Walmart or sam’s. It it now put off good thick foam paired with the chemical guys honey dew snow foam.

I installed on my foam cannon and to be honest didn't noticed a big difference. And yes I'm using dedicated foam cannon soap from chemical guys. I was not impressed it might also have to do with my set up which is an electric power washer with 2200 psi and 1.6gpm. If I'm not mistaken that should be plenty

So, it made me foam a lot thicker, much much thicker! Even tho I use wash and wax product which is supposed to be not much sticky as the regular wash but woah! Good product!

If you got a foam cannon that's not "foaming" as expected, you either may have lack of pressure/power or your orifice might be to big and need to swap to this one. Get value and made out of solid brass, and definitely improved my foaming of my cannon I got.
