I used this to repair an unbootable SATA HD, worked great. I can also clone NVMe drives with no issues. I didn't have to call Tech Support for help so I have idea how good they are.

Well made. Compact size. Comes with everything you need. Even works without the included power supply with all M.2 SSD's I've tried it with.

Plugged in m.2 and 2.5 SSDs. One SSDs did shown device collocation error. But it might just be my system error pop in another SSD and it went away. There's another on amazon have the exact same stuff just $13 more, not sure what that is about.

It's claimed to work out of the gate. I have a brand new NVME drive, one that I previously used, and an SSD drive. I wanted to test this item out to see if it really can deliver. It DOESN'T! There's no online documentation. There's no way to troubleshoot. I am fairly technical and did everything I could to see if I could get it to work - different computers, different USB ports, etc. Nothing would recognize the device or any drives. I used it with the power cord, without the power cord, etc. I researched and can't find anything about this.

Ease of use, good design of multi-interface to usb-c, and an addition of a power switch that would not cause power outrage as in some usb external interface connectors and result in data corruption. The issue might occur is SSD via Sata connection once formatted through AOKO interface, would not be readable on other external sata usb-c interface and vice versa. Anyone else having that issue?
