This review is for: 1/4-20 Wing Nuts, Stainless Steel 18-8 (304), Parts Hurrican Screws Hand Twist Tighten Ear Butterfly Nut, 25 PCSThese are basically your standard size wing nut in that they are 1/4-20 size. That is pretty standard. If you have Wing nuts that look like they are about the size, these will probably end up replacing them.I had some feeding bowls that attached to metal crates using Wing nuts and the wing nuts have rusted or gotten lost over the years. These are working great to replace them.Decent price and these will probably last me the rest of my life.

These 1/4-20 Wing Nuts are incredibly easy to install with just your bare hands. I used them as replacement nuts for a metal bed frame that has been moved multiple times between different houses, during which a few wing nuts were lost in transit. The stainless steel construction is sturdy and reliable, and the 25-piece pack gives you plenty of extras for future use. They tighten securely and work exactly as expected. I don't know why marine deep-cycle batteries come with steel wing nuts, but mine get rusty pretty quickly. They don't even have to touch any water; just being in the humid and a bit salty atmosphere quickly corrodes them.I expect these wing nuts will last A LOT LONGER. They're well finished, too. Maybe it's just because I'm comparing them to the old rusty ones, but these don't dig into my fingers.

These are excellent quality wingnuts. The wings are large enough to make hand tightening easy. I have been a vendor at craft shows, a woodworker and a craftsperson who designs and builds his own specialized jigs for repetitive work. 3/8"-16 threaded rod is a great compromise between 1/4" and 1/2". Combining these wingnuts with 3/8"-16 threaded rod, threaded inserts for wood and scrap wood, or rivet nuts and scrap metal, once can create many useful and specialized jigs, clamping devices, tool holding devices, display systems to speed up or simplify one's creative processes. When acting as a vendor at shows, the ability to quickly set up and/or takedown displays or lighting without searching for tools makes these constant tasks so much easier. Designing with wingnuts is the way to go.

I use wing nuts on a number of project but primarily on cornhole boards for the legs.I need to have the tension adjustable so you can fold the legs.These wingnuts are top quality. Great finish and ready to go to work.

These are good quality wing nuts. Perfect for replacing the wing nut you drop in the lake while connecting the trolling motor. With a pack of 25, I'll be other boaters too.The wing nuts are 5/16-18 thread with 1-1/4" wide wings. the generous wings gives you a chance to loosen it after some gorilla tightened it too much.

Useful for things you want to be able to detach readily without tools, like the accessory power studs on boat batteries, trailer license plates, trailer tail lights, expanding scupper plugs, etc.
