Ce capteur est parfaitement fonctionnel dans le système automatisé que j'ai créer (tri de brique en bois). Il possède en plus une visse de réglage de la portée qui est largement suffisante pour mon application (0 à 50 mm !!). Merci.

Hall effect is great for magnets.Inductive is great for all sorts of metals.This thing is great for all sorts of everything!As it operates as a cap sense device it will detect all of the above plus hands, water... sausages.It is an NPN device (sinks current) and it is normally on, turning off when something is detected. The LED is a little confusing though as it comes ON when the output goes off but it always nice to have one for setup and debugging.I can see this coming in very handy as a water level sensor on the outside of a plastic tank.

Described as a sensor switch which could be a bit misleading if you are not sure what you need.A proximity sensor detects objects, while a proximity switch activates or deactivates a circuit based on the sensor's signals. so make sure that you know exactly what you require..It is a sturdy, robust looking item which should serve my purpose very well.
