it’s OK I noticed that it did get the dust up off the floor so sweeps really well but it seems very flimsy and I had a problem sweeping it up into the dust pan. I don’t know. I don’t know if I wanna return it or not. I’m still thinking about it

I was excited to try this broom and the function of the broom itself was okay, though I'd have concern long-term on how long the rubber strip would work well before it may start missing areas while sweeping due to wear (didn't seem the best quality). That earned the 1 star at least. However, the website shows incorrect dimensions with an 11" wide broom and 12" wide dustpan. The box is packed in wouldn't even fit a 12" wide dustpan and what comes is about 8" wide dustpan and 11" wide broom, so small pieces are almost impossible to actually pickup and that is just a waste of time and a frustration I don't need in my life. Tried to contact company that shipped first and 2 separate email addresses from package/website are undeliverable (not mistyped, I triple checked and one was through the qr code on box). This seller needs to have better details and a way to contact for customer service and it just doesn't exist! Would stay away from this seller altogether! Though they'll probably change their name and do the same thing over. I wish it worked, but I'll look for a better version of this type of broom instead. Very disappointed with the entire purchase experience and time wasted trying to reach out to fix with a ghost company.

I loved the idea of the blade on the broom. I did use it, but there is so much static on the blade all the hair and fuzz clings to it. So I did rub it down with furniture polish to take that away, as I want everything in a pile on the floor not all over the broom. It works fine then as everything is not fighting itself. It does the job, I can't get under furniture like my little toss able sheet floor cleaner because there is no way to 'bend' if you will the handle. BUT - I was able to get under the heating registers and actually get the stuff under there. Pleased with the purchase, but not ecstatic as I thought I might be.
