I have been using these Magic Erasers since they came out. They are, hands down, excellent at cleaning almost anything you can imagine. One example of their cleaning power: I had a key fob for a car that originally had white words and pictographs on it. Over the years they had turned yellow from age and exposure to cigarette smoke. I tried several cleaning products on it and none of them could even begin to return them to their white color. I finally decided to try a magic eraser on it and it truly was like magic. With just a few quick wipes over it, they were sparkling white again.Alas, I have to agree with many other reviews here on durability though. These are supposedly extra durable but they really are a joke. I've had them crumble in my hands even when using on smooth surfaces with little pressure (not much pressure is needed, by the way). While cleaning the walls in my pantry, I accidentally (but lightly) ran the eraser over a wire shelf. It instantly put a cut into it.I found a different brand here on Amazon that claims to be more durable than the competition, so I just ordered some. They can't be much worse than these so-called extra durable Magic Erasers.

Never buy expensive melamine foam sponges again. They are all the same, these work great

Very similar to Mr. Clean, it falls apart slightly more easily. However, it definitely gets the job done as it is made out of the same basic material.

The BAISENJIE Magic Sponges are an excellent value for the price! They work just as well as the major national brand and have incredibly versatile uses. I even used them in my pool skimmer to catch and absorb algae, and they worked perfectly. Great for a variety of cleaning tasks!

it works reasonably well--but seems to shed the material of the sponge quite a lot. I've since learned that using any "magic eraser" product is bad for many items because it is almost like a fine sandpaper--that can actually scratch or wear down some things--don't use on flat paint for example. The particles also get into the water---bad for the environment.

I took a chance on these and Im glad I did. Less expensive then the name brand and in my opinion they are even stronger ans last longer.
