Bought these to help my toddler learn how to write and draw. These pages are super simple to use and the ink actually does go away after a bit of time. Kiddo is super excited to use them and is doing great with them.Comes with extra refills for the pen and little grips. Note though that you cannot use the grip on the larger pen and put the cap on, must remove it to put the cap back on as the upper part of the pen is larger.Would definitely buy again if needed and will be on the look out for more books. Great for preschool age.

I like the idea of these books. However, my child doesn't enjoy writing in them. He'll do the exercises with good penmanship, but for him it hasn't translated to better handwriting. Of course we could be practicing more, but my expectations were likely unrealistic.Now for the review of the product. The four books come spiral bound, and are good quality. There are two pens that come with the kit and 5 ink cartridges. The pens write exceptionally smoothly, and the disappearing ink is clear and marks well. It takes 5-10 minutes for the ink to disappear.The content in the books is clearly laid out, with the opportunity for LOTS of repetition. There is also a math book, which is a forced memorization exercise, versus a visual method to teach math.I like these books, the pens, and the content. Just learn from my mistake, and have reasonable expectations!

I bought this for my 3.5 year old to practice pencil grip and writing. It's easy to use and we have a lot of fun. The only reason I took off a star is that it takes too long to dry up and disappear. It's not too big of a deal though because it wipes off with a damp rag so I usually just do that instead of waiting.

First off, the pen doesn't have directions, so it was a little trick to load. You don't pull off the top, but you go undo the bottom, slide in the cartridge, and done.The pen grip: I didn't think it would work, but it naturally had my 3yo holding the pen correctly when she hadn't been taught to yet. Only downside is that she chewed it up when no one was looking, but that's just toddler things.The tracing: It's easy to see and use. Yes, the pen tip is thin and the grooves are shallow enough to let the pen jump out, but that's the whole point of letting the kids practice. It's not going to be perfect and the book shouldn't be doing the writing for them. My 3yo was pressing pretty hard because she hasn't figured out a good pressure yet, but going slow and managed to trace it. It focused her and she generally did better on the next one and the next one. Plus, the ink disappears, everything resets. Nothing's wasted.The only problem I have is that I can't replace the pen grip. It's a product for toddlers+, it's going to get destroyed or lost. Offering replacements is just sensible. Still, it's an average pen, a different pen grip will fit, so it's not the end of the world.

Thso was such a great buy! The package comes with two fancy pens and multiple ink refills. The pens also have little grip holders so that small children can practice good grip. The books are filled with activities and fun drawings that my boys love. They easily carry them around and draw in them over and over. The ink fades and they can reuse the same page over and over. I have noticed a significant improvement in my oldest child's handwriting since getting these books. Definitely think this is a great buy for the price.

So this product is awesome the pen erases so endless amounts of handwriting practice. My son’s handwriting is a headache for me and this assisted so much!Value is great, only thing is when you’re out of ink it’s kind of a waste but if you put a piece of paper over the pages and have them trace it, it’ll still serve its purpose.

Books are good. The pens on the hand do not stay together. They break and separate very easily.

A great tool for kids learning to write! The disappearing ink makes it reusable, and the grooved letters help with proper formation. My child enjoys tracing the letters, and it keeps them engaged. The only downside is that the pen refills run out quickly, so I’d recommend getting extras. Overall, a fun and educational purchase!
