I wanted something to store and be able to transport/roll my two Neewer 660 LED lights + stands. This works almost perfectly. The "almost perfect" - the LEDs fit with their attached brackets, BUT NOTE, while the lights fit flush/flat, the bracket post must be angled (as long as I don't crush the bag and cushion the lights, I'm not worried). There are cushioned separators to divide the tripods from the lights, just as in the product description. Plenty of storage room - I have three tripods, two lights + brackets, and room to spare for at least another tripod and light. It stands vertically and fits compactly in my closet when not in use. So happy with this!

Hauling a ton of multi-media equipment to multiple locales has required several trials of various vessels. Ideally, I would have a George Jetson levitating desk that would self-install everywhere I went, but since I don't, some creativity has been required.I knew for sure I could use this MagicLine Studio Trolley Case with Retractable Telescopic Handle (32.3x11x11.8 inch) for camera equipment if it didn't turn out to be a full (limited, but full) multimedia portability device, so it was a good product to audition. However, I've been OVER THE MOON to find that I can safely stack a large video cam, a mic setup, and a big, big laptop all in one case in an organized, well-cushioned fashion and arrive with everything very much intact and very much ready for a speedy setup. The case itself is super-sturdy - check the base weight on it if you're needing to take it on a Cessna, because it has a little bit of heft alone from being well-made (and for this I am very grateful!).With equipment, it's a bit to gracefully pick up for me (my laptop alone weighs... four tons? Somewhere in there...), but as a rolling device, easy-peasy! And I don't look like a mad person dangling cords and equipment behind me everywhere I go.The fact it's configurable made all the difference here. I can stack the super-cam on the bottom, use the dividers, coil cords into pockets, and wedge the laptop at an angle, then stack any necessary papers/materials/media on top. ONE CASE - everything you need right here. Will also easily accommodate a tripod (forthcoming) and a whole lot more.It really has been a super teaching solution for me. Stores tidily in the car, too, without looking like "hey, here's a case full of expensive stuff!"The fabric finish hides grub from handling. Wheels easily cleanable on messy days. It's TRULY a game-changer here, and will adapt very nicely to my changing needs for different scenarios. If I don't want to load up like a pack mule, I don't have to. But I can if I need to without having to add extra bags/rolling boxes. This is by far the best investment I've made in terms of creating full AV setups on the fly easily, quickly, and while keeping all my equipment safe.HUGE win and worth every single penny. Wish I'd found it years ago - has definitely made work a lot more fun and a lot less hassle.Five million stars if I could give them. For real!

The handle on 2nd use came unscrewed! I can't return it because we missed the window. We had ordered early before our recruiting season and on 2nd trip it broke!!!Very disappointed and wish i could send them both back!!

This is a great size for a portable lighting kit. It's big enough to fit an entire location kit - but small enough to actually fit in your car. That has been my biggest pain point when it comes to portable cases - awkward sizes. The bigger ones are tempting, but they are so big that they are hard to put in your car. And when you have the extra space you load it full of gear, making it extremely heavy. This one is the PERFECT size. The quality is mid-level. The sides and bottom are renforced so your gear will be protected if traveling by car. I wouldn't fly with it.. The top is a non-reinfornced piece but it is still a thick and durable material. The iside lid has a zippered mesh pocket, which is nice. It'll hold up to normal wear and tear wonderfully.Te retractable handle is on the cheaper side. It sticks a bit and isn't very smooth. It gets the job done though. It extends to a comfortable level for rolling the case. The straps and handles are rivoted and stitched for added strength and durability. They feel like they will hold up well. The interior also has 2 tie down straps for securing your light stands so they don't bounce around. I do wish the interior straps were longer to accomidate the full size of the case. I'd prefer to keep my lights on the bottom and the stands on top. In that configuration, the straps won't reach. The zipper is a nice quality. I appreciate that you can attach a lock to it if desired. The bumper/supports are OK quality. I'd imagine they will be the first point of failure (like many other brands in this price range). It would be nice if they included another support between the wheels to allow for better balance when it is in the upright position. Without that support it is easy to tip over when upright. It balances nicely when rolling it though. The price ($169) seems a little high for this set in comparison to others of similar quality. I'd expect it to be around the $120-$150 range for the build quality. The compact size makes this rolling case a dream to take on location shoots.

I use this for my tripods and backdrops and it helps protect them from any bumps in the pavement we cross. It is very durable and well-made; the padding is thick, the cloth is heavy-duty, the zipper is easy to maneuver and does not feel "cheap," the handle is sturdy, and I do not worry that my stuff will be damaged while it is in here. I've been slowly replacing all of my gear with Magic Line equipment and I've been thrilled with every single piece.

I have been looking for something like this bag for a while but was hesitant to try one, either because of the price or the size. This one attracted my attention immediately as it took care of both my concerns. I have a lot of Photography gear, like lights, tripods, and softboxes. They are all scattered around in my basement taking up a lot of space and is a hassle to carry them around for some photography sessions. Mind you I don't do this professionally and only as a hobby for family and friends. This bag is very durable, looks expensive, and is sturdy. I was able to pack a couple of stands with 2 lights, a couple of umbrellas, some external flashes, and a collapsible softbox. They all fit snuggly inside the bag. Note that all larger items you plan to put inside need to be foldable or collapsible somehow otherwise this bag won't work in its current form factor. You can further customize the space inside with the included padded dividers, there are 3 smaller ones and one tall one that fits across the length of the bag. The bag measures 82x28x30 cm. I'm very happy with this purchase and feel like I need another one to fully organize my gear. I can now easily go around with my essentials for a successful photo shoot. Worth the price.

I have a lot of filming equipment: ring lights, tripods, etc. It gets very cumbersome to lug them around. This is the perfect solution: it's tall enough, strong enough, and versatile. There are little "shelves" that attach with velcro that can be moved around. I turned them to hold down the tripods so they don't jostle around. There's a pouch on the flap of the case that's perfect for cables, paperwork, clipboard. The wheels are a little on the small side and close together because of the shape of the case, so be careful when wheeling it around, it'll tip easily. Only flaw I've found and it's minor. The construction of the case is very sturdy and solid and feels like it will last a long time.

I use 3 tripods for lighting with umbrellas, and a black cloth backdrop with stands, as well as multiple bulbs for different lighting temperatures. It was a squeeze to fit it all in this one case but it works, and works well. The interior comes with flat square segments that can be moved around; I found them useful to separate the lightbulbs and umbrellas, while the folded tripods lay underneath. You of course can maneuver this however you need. The outside has tough plastic corners for protection, which does make me more comfortable to use to store my stuff. The handle extends fine, and the wheels roll smoothly. The material of the bag is very tough, I can't imagine this getting punctured by something easily. I would trust this case with my equipment.
