2. Does not block visibility behind you-Privacy screens work by blocking light from certain angles to render your screen black. As a result, anyone within your privacy filter's 60 degree viewing angle will be able to read your screen, regardless of distance.

New laptop and this perfectly privaty screen fits like a glove easy to install almost seamless with fair quality. It only covers partial screen so the closer they are the more they see. But it does its job. Unnoticeable after install

Man, I gotta say, this Magicmoon privacy filter is a game-changer if you value your screen privacy at work or in public places. I got it mainly to stop my nosy co-workers from being able to easily glance over at my screen when I'm working on sensitive stuff.Installation was a breeze - just a simple stick-on job with no air bubbles or misalignment issues. And let me tell you, it really does keep randos from being able to see your screen unless they're pretty much sitting right next to you. My field of view is wide open, but anyone trying to sneak a peek from an angle just sees a black screen.The one little downside is that it does make your screen look a tad dimmer when viewed head-on. Not crazy dim, but enough that you might need to bump up the brightness a notch or two. For me, it's a small price to pay for having that anti-spy protection.All in all, if you spend any time working on private things in shared spaces, this Magicmoon filter is definitely worth grabbing. Keeps the pesky snooper co-workers away without turning your laptop into a secret agent gadget. Two thumbs up from me!

This would work for a computer that doesn’t have a touch screen or has plastic borders. On a touch screen or modern computers that have flush borders, this doesn’t work as it cannot attach to the screen. Unfortunately I’m beyond my return window so I’m stuck with it.

Purchased this to get privacy when working near others. Sufficent privacy and simple installation. The permenant installation looks sleeker then the tabs for a slide in. Does dim your screen so just faie warning. Recommend this for work but not gaming or photo editing.
