I submitted a warranty claim after this was in for a little more than a year. I was sure I would after I saw how light they are compared to a quality converter but at least I can kick the can a little. I’m actually pretty impressed at how effective they are at denying claims kind of like they’re used to it. While I’m at it the original fit had to be welded in, and didn’t have the correct size tubing on the inlet so I had to be creative. This truly is not worth the time and expense for only a year, consider spending a little more while your doing the repair for something that will last long enough to be worth it.

These catylitics overheat. I didn’t realize until I had them installed and my truck acted like it jumped time. I let it sit and didn’t immediately replace. My mechanic said these converters were cherry red and I’m glad they didn’t blow my gas tank. Don’t buy these. They r junk.
