It has been thoroughly tested by leading wide-belt sanding machines manufacturers, and recommend for use in high heat and pressure applications. Keep graphite coated canvas stored in a warm, dry area. If graphite coated canvas is brittle or partially brittle, preheat to a pliable state before applying to platen. Ideal temperature is 75F or 24C.

Used on final sanding platen in a wide belt sander for wood. Easy to cut to fit platen. Graphite is messy and will get your hands black while working with it.

Very easy to cut and install.I used it on a widebelt sander platen, a horizontal 6 inch by 3 foot sander, and a vertical 6 inch by 2 foot sander.
