This works great and holds up well. I looked at many options before picking this one and then I bought 2 of this. I notice other options are stick-on to the body, or they screw on but the mount is vertical. I don't trust tape, especially when I'm working in the hot sun. And if I have a long bit holder that I wanna stow, I don't want it getting in the way of my grip...same with drill bits. The way this is designed, and the mounting orientation, allows me to work and swap out bits without feeling like anything is getting in my way, that the holder will break or that the bits will fall out. The magnets work well.

This is one of the most useful tools I own. Saves a lot of time not hunting for the bit you need.

Does what it advertises. I wish the hex ports were a little more snug, but the built-in magnet helps with that a little. I’m a general contractor and am constantly moving from project to project and am relieved I don’t have to go to my toolbox every time a need a different bit. I keep it on my impact driver and usually have it loaded with a 2PH bit, a star bit, an impact-ready 1/8†drill bit, and a spare magnetic bit holder. If I know I’ll be using different bits, I’ll switch them out as needed before getting to work.

The holder is easy to install and accepts four items. On my drill I have an extension and three bits that I use most often. I also added one to my impact driver with the standard bits I use for that as well.

product comes with an extension to accommodate a 2amp hour battery and 2 screws one short, one long. the long screw is too short to screw into the mounting hole when you use the extension.

In construction, you often have to change bits, 2 to 3 to start. This is perfect for keeping them handy.

It holds bits too tightly, but its mount to the tool is too loose. So, when you try to remove a bit, it doesn’t release, and just shifts around on the tool. Not recommended.

Saves a ton of time finding the next bit. Purchased on, lined it, so bought the second,
