Pretty neat little device. Beats keeping spare bits in your pocket, magnets are strong, very easy to install with one provided screw, with plenty of clearance to easily change battery.

I recently purchased a new Ryobi PCL206 Drill/Driver to replace my previous well worn model. The previous model had a clip to hold a PH2 bit that I used often. The clip on the newer model has been replaced by an LED, which is also a nice feature. So this magnetic bit holder restores the best of both worlds, plus it holds three more bits. I am left-handed and purchased the right-side version. This is logical to me because I hold the drill in my left hand, and change bits with my right hand. I assume that a right-handed person would buy the left-side version. The bit holder is well made with four strong neodymium disc magnets. It is a perfect fit using the included hex screw and hex key. The magnets strongly hold bits with a flat end, but will not hold double-ended bits. You have to remove the lower three bits in order to remove the battery, and the drill will no longer stand up without a battery installed.

This did not fit perfectly on my drill (P215VN) or impact driver (P235AVN). And if you have these two models, you’ll obviously have to drill your own holes. But it snugged down tight and works.

I have a couple older non-brushless Ryobi drills and drivers and this did not fit.

This fit my Ryobi 18V brushless drill perfectly. The magnets hold the accessories adequately, and are much better than friction fit rubber variations. While doing some metal roofing it made it very convenient to have the needed bits readily available, which sped up my install time. Highly recommended product.

Nicely made. EXCEPT that it only will work with the newest RYOBI impact guns and drills.

My old (blue) Ryobi impact driver had a great little indent that stored bits for quick changes. Sadly Ryobi for some reason removed that super helpful feature on their newest line. This little add-on should be a Ryobi standard but since it isn’t, this was a welcome addition and gets the job done. Magnetic so your bits aren’t held in by plastic friction that will loosen over time. Time will tell how long it will hold up but for now…I’m a happy camper

It fits, just need to tighten the screw all the way.
