I used this at work for behavioral incentives and the kiddos loved it. When my kids at home started having a bit more of a challenging time. I put it on our fridge and started having them earn Stars for positive behavior; they were really motivated by it as well.Its a cute, simple design. The magnetic strength is really strong and it does not move once placed. Good size that you can see it, but not so much so that it takes up too much space.Highly recommended for parents and teachers Give it a try.

This is a very durable product, I’ve used it all year and it’s held up. It’s easy to use, my students even use it. I’ve never had a problem with it falling off the board because of the good magnet strength. It’s so fun to use and definitely worth the money! I would buy again!

That is a great rewarding system and design.My kids are proud of them getting additional Stars for home chores, help and behavior. Both of my kids want to fill it up all the way to the top.My only complaint would be that the magnet should be stronger as the jar easily falls down during the time you add an additional star. No matter how ideally you adjust the magnets, that are facing each other on the fridge and the actual jar, it will not hold. It's strong enough.I wish the magnet would be stronger on this thing, then I would definitely give five stars to this product, as I like the concept of it very much.

Great in concept, also probably easy to find elsewhere for better. The space is so tight that it’s not like a “jar†where you drop the stars in, but rather have to force them in and they’re in for life. Unfortunately poorly executed!
