So far I have only used the one flat side, but I love it. This magnet doesn't budge and my seams are now super straight. Highly recommend this thing if sewing a straight line is difficult for you. In fact, I think it's the hardest thing about sewing. Not anymore.

This product works okay. The magnet was not very strong so I had to keep readjusting it, which is frustrating. I added a piece of tape to keep it in place and then it worked very well
