This board is nicely designed and accessorized and appears to be well made. I hung it with the two hooks and used command strips to secure it in place, because I didn't want to drive screws into my wall, and that works very well. If you are using the screws, it comes with two extra covers for the corners. And the magnets and push pins that come with it are a good mix of bright colors.The only heads up I'd give is that I used the hooks exactly as they came attached to the board–hanging horizontally, with whiteboard on the left, pinboard on the right. While it might be possible to move the hooks, in order to hang the board vertically or to switch the white board to the right side, I think it would be *very* hard to pry them off without damaging the board's frame.And—I wish the three pens that came with it were brightly colored like the pins and magnets. But that's really stretching things: the board is a great value for money.

I received the board with a dent in the metal around the edge of the board. It appears to be damaged during shipping. I completed the exchange and they had it shipped and to me by next day! It was easy to hang and looks great as part of family’s “central command station “. I love that the white board and eraser are magnetic too! Very functional!

This board can be easily used vertically or horizontally. It came well packed along with all instructions & mounting supplies. The bonus was the 3 dry erase markers along with eraser & stick pins. Well made product!

I am writing to revise my initial product review​ which was not favorable. I had not used the board when I ​initially bought it. When I finally did I found the red marker was ink free. I figured that I would make due with the blue and black​ markers since the window for returns closed.​So, I was very pleasantly surprised when your customer service department contacted me proactively to address my issue. As a former customer service manager and current client relationship manager, I have high expectations for service, and your team exceeded them.Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction.
