I bought these to help hold a drawer closed that kept opening due to gravity. They worked perfectly. Just make sure you pre-drill your holes for the screws, and don't over-tighten the screws. Magnets, by nature, are easy to crack. But as long as you are mindful of that, it's fine.I had to use two magnets and two metal plates to hold the drawer closed because there was a 3mm gap between the magnet and the plate, but if the gap had been smaller, I'm sure one would have been enough.

..magnet quality. I attempted to separate a magnet from metal sleeve using needle nose pliers. Not using much force, the magnet cracked (mounting hole). In the future I'll just leave that alone lol. Holding power is good though.

they fit the description perfectly relative to the magnetic force, the coating quality, and the overall dimensions. I had already designed the fixture I was using them in based on the dimensions given in the Amazon description so the fixture was designed and built, just waiting for the magnet/return path assemblies to arrive...a perfect fit. - thanks for a quality product
