The drafting table was a bit of a challenge to assemble but is sturdy and attractive with many practical design features. Perfect for use with Chinese or Japanese brush painting. The table has holders for brushes, slide out trays and a slide out board to hold art supplies.

The table is sturdy and looks great, but one piece came in bad shape, thats why I only gave 3 stars. Easy to put all the pieces together.

It take a while to assemble everything together. The desk has good quality! The seller has been really helpful.

Box was in bad shape; everything inside was out of its plastic and jumbled around (obviously a return). I counted up the parts and once everything was accounted for I began assembling. Midway through I discovered that the bore holes on the adjustible arm were too far-set for the preset sinks in the metal frame (see image). I extended them with a dremel so I could attach the arm, but when I went to re-attach the top it toppled over, ripping open the "wood" surface (actually particle board with veneer surface). I contacted the seller for a replacement top.
