This gasket worked great to fix the Oil Cooler gasket on my 2006 subaru forester. Not a ton to say here, its a gasket and it did its job perfectly!

Was a perfect fit for my 2002 Subaru Forester and stopped the leak around the oil cooler. The quality of the gasket seemed very nice. Happy with this purchase.

Works well but take my advice. Make sure you have the gasket properly in place before you tighten down the oil cooler. Else you will have to go to the parts store and order a new one.

Let me tell you, this thing is crap, doesn’t fit the description of fitting the oil cooler for a 2003 forester xs body style car, I ended up putting the oil filters o ring in its replacement and using the old oil filters o ring in the new one. Don’t waste your time

Replacing this gasket can be a pain. I did it while replacing the timing belt which made it much easier with the extra room in front of the engine. It didn't seem to fit at first but it did go on. Dry as a bone underneath the car now!
