We were finally victims of mail theft...not surprising as we had a regular mailbox forever and theft is common in our neighborhood. Fortunately they just got junk mail, but it was a sign to finally get a locking box. Good quality and it came quickly and was extremely easy to install. We did cement in the pole, so just youtube that if you've never done it.

Very Large mailbox sturdy and great quality ! Very safe . Not too heavy or too light. I had someone install it for me and it was pretty quick .

I moved to an old home and their old mailbox doesn't have a lock, and that makes me nervous, so I bought this to replace the old one. This mailbox is heavy, steady and looks to be very durable, it's also pretty safe as I tried to test it by reaching in from the top section and could not grab anything easily. The whole box just feels well made and the liner is also a nice touch so that we don't get ripped by any screws or nails.The only challenging part for me is to install this. This mailbox has different hole positions compared to the previous mailbox so I have to drill new holes on the post. That's relatively easy to do, but to actually fasten the screws into those holes took me 20+ minutes because you can only turn it a little bit each time using a normal wrench. I wish they could provide a vertical wrench that you can just turn inside the mailbox, that would make the installation so much easier.But anyways, really solid mailbox and I can simply see it last for a few decades. Would recommend.

Fits over 4x4 post. Seems like a good, long-term investment. Well-keyed. Secure. Weatherproof.

Work good at keeping your mail from being stolen. Locks are durable. The look is nice. The reflective number stickers are easy to see at night.But, there is no easy way to send out going mail.I take my outgoing mail to a postal mail box.

This is well made heavy gauge steel. Definitely need concrete or a foam base. I used the foam and it has been absolutely solid. It has seen rain, snow, ice you name it. The lock works as smooth as the day it was installed and the mail is never wet anymore.We had a mail man who closed the lid in the old mailbox when it was beautiful out and left it open when it was raining. Good ole USPS.
