Our original mailbox key has been hard to get in and out since we bought the box. Tired of fighting with it and bought this replacement. Perfect fit. It's nice that it comes with multiple cams, so you can fit it into any mailbox door. This lock uses pins instead of wafers like the cheap older one. It is nice and easy to put the key in and out now. Stop fighting your mailbox, this was easy to install and works great.

Fast shipping . But was too small for my mail box. Though it stated universal it really depends. Unfortunately had to go to Home Depot to get one.

I want to order additional (spare) keys for this lock but I can find no information on who the manufacturer is or where I might order more keys. My local hardware stores cannot make copies as the keys are an "unusual size." Amazon's page gives no information either and their "help" was no help. I'm disappointed. The lock seems fine but if you want to have more than two keys, don't order this item.
