I bought this and it was delivered vry quickly, it was packed well, and we only had to put the doors on which was a super easy process and then hang the heating pot and plug everything in. We wiped down the inside even though it looked very clean and nice. Everything works great it popped the popcorn very fast andit is very good. Every bit as good as movie theatre popcorn. I also bought the pre-packaged oil, salt and popcorn packets, which make it super easy. The 16oz kettle is great, our first batch we used an 8 oz pre packaged popcorn and it made more than enough for my husband and I to munch on all day. The warming elements in the bottom and the heat lamp at the top keep the popcorn nice and warm. It has a catch tray to catch any unpopped kernels, but we had no unpopped kernels, it popped them all, I've never had a popcorn machine that did that. I love that I can add two packs and have enough popcorn for all the grandkids when they come over. We love this popcorn machine. Also it looks very nice, and is very easy to clean.

i am very satisfied with this unit. is is constructed from stainless, aluminum, and tempered glass. sure, its made in china but for home use, it performs! the 16 oz kettle is a lighter gauge stainless than a commercial but keep it clean and turn it off immediately after popping. 3 min warm up..dump in the popcorn and within 60 sec....it mount vesuvius erupting! buy it and enjoy it!

Was working great!!!Until May 5, 2024Received it March 4, 2024Kettle stopped heating up to make popcorn. Checked all the fuses, hoping maybe the kettle was not heating because of that no kettle just stopped heating.The return date was April 11 and contact number that’s on the page has nothing to do the popcorn machine.????I did not keep the information and paperwork because I did not think that it was going to die that quick. I figured it left. If it at least lasted a couple years it was worth the money but not a couple months.

Arrived well packaged. When I opened it up, unfortunately the heat lamp bulb was shattered and I had to vacuum broken bulb glass up from the inside of the popcorn unit. About to make my first batch of popcorn!

Easy to remove bucket makes cleaning easy. (Ok, easier if not easy.) Glass is solid, accessories are nice. Yeah, the old maid tray sucks, and the opening came a little bent, but nothing I couldn’t flex back into place, and as rarely as you have use it, it’s fine. I have to push down to be sure the backside pushes up to successfully push it in.I got this one because of the interior volume. After being sold on a smaller unit, one review mentioned how hard it was to avoid the hot bucket while serving and that led me here. The bucket STILL gets in the way but is much better then others I have seen. 16oz is way more then i need- but you can pop enough for a party in one go. Get 8oz max popcorn pouches so you can do 2 if needed, but my family of 5 can’t finish 8 oz.

Overall we really love this popper. It's a beautiful and amazing machine and we're hoping to get many years of use out of it.However I’m writing this review to share our experience because sadly we came across a couple of quality control issues that keep us from rating a 5-star or even a 4-star product.PROS:Well made, seems durable and good quality materials and kettleInternal exhaust fan for the steam when popping (no fogged up glass)High Capacity KettleMakes Popcorn Very FastRelatively Easy to CleanGorgeous MachineThe popcorn that comes out of this machine is so delicious!!!CONS:Difficult to remove and re-insert the kettleQuality Control Issues (see below)Dangerously Sharp EdgesStained Glass (from water damage)Seemed RepackagedThe stainless steel tray that comes down when serving wasn't as pictured.. Ours is all metal with the image stamped into the metal. However in the product photos and also pictures from other reviews show this door has a colorful graphic instead of a plain stamped metal image…Terrible quality control - out of box unit was damaged and dangerous!The metal exterior frame was damaged and had several very sharp metal shavings left attached to the machine that needed to be filed down for safety. It looks like either the metal was dropped or something dropped on the metal that chiseled out sharp little pieces of metal, making for some seriously dangerous edges.Our unit came with hazy stained exterior glass from what looked to be water damage - I was able to bring this out with several glass wax and polish treatments. It would not come out with glass cleaner or other detergents. The pictures I’ve included show BEFORE & AFTER of the glass work.Also one pane of glass has a small scratch (~1cm) right in the middle that cannot be polished out....The stainless steel is scratched up on both side vents on the hood of the popper (see pictures).Unit appeared to be possibly repackaged and possibly old stock.... (Shipped & Sold by Amazon, as New)Needless to say from the list of CONS we were a bit disappointed at the state our unit came in out of the box. However we were able to clean up the glass and deburr the metal.It could be a one off but we really didn't want to hassle with returning the unit. However I would have maybe paid a little more to get a better chance at a pristine popper with no damage out of the box.Good luck!
