Installation Notes
Be aware that the cable is ONEWAY DIRECTIONAL. One end fits the speedometer the other fits the part that is attached to the FRONT WHEEL of the bike.
Applicable
- IT FITS BETTER ON A 24"-27.5" BIKE.
- NOT for the quick release wheels that go above 38 MPH .
- NOT fit the small size bike with rise handlebar

It took me 4 hours to get the thing installed. I'd put it on and it wouldn't work. Try it again and again. Nothing. Finally after two hours I got it working except it ran backwards. At that point I seriously considered just exercising backwards. I then decided to try and correct it and ended up on another two hour journey. At that point the thing broke in two places and I had to duct tape part of it and glue another. I finally got it on the bike and running correctly...so far. I'm sure it will probably just bust again tonight when I try to use it for real.But two stars for now because now that I got it working, it does work.Update: As predicted, it fell apart after a few days of use. I'm going to request a refund and change my review from two stars to one star.

Totally all mechanical. Install instructions were not very clear on what side to install the odometer. Where the cable hooks on to the piece to the wheel, one end is caped and mark with a R (right) L (left). If installed on the wrong side it will not work right. Works as advertised, no problems. One thing to note there is not much thread for the wheel nut whatever side you install it on. Just snug it down but don't over tighten it.

Speedometer looks vintage and a nice addition to my vintage bike. It reads the speed without any needle bounce.

There's nothing really wrong with the product. It works, technically. It just couldn't be secured to my bike.

I liked how easy it was to install. I put it on a gas powered motorized bicycle and I had to replace the metal piece that spins around with the wheel once but that was after about 700km on the odometer. I’ve dropped the bike on its side and crashed it with the speedometer on it and it still works so it’s pretty tough other than it being scratched up from hitting the road.

Schnell geliefert leichte Montage und vorallem misst es genau da es mit der Achse verbunden ist . Leider ist es leicht zu entwenden außer mann Schraubt es schnell ab ist auch sehr schnell 30 sek .

Easy enough to mount and I put it on a 700 wheel so though it might be reading slightly off it does give me a pretty good idea of how fast I am pedalling and it looks pretty awesome on my classic Dutch bike.

It looks good on the picture, but the hole on the little gear that comes on the bike's axel is to small. I am looking for a way to modify it.
