I bought this one and the 3 inch at the same time. They're good quality and work well. It has a strong magnet and holds the bit tightly. Not too loose or wiggly in the driver handle either. All I need now is the 10 inch to have the set. I'll be coming back for it too.

Strong magnet, using 1" Makita impact bits. Some buts often geta quite hard to pull out using hands. Quality and build construction is great.
