First off the self inflating thing is amazing! It was easy to deflate too. Great quality and very straight forward to get the little one in. I used it for my then 4 month old who is in the 58th percentile for weight and height. I can’t speak to how it’ll work when he’s older but it looks like it’ll do the job.I had high expectations for this float as the price is higher but I also wanted something I’d feel very secure using. I’d say it’s worth the price. It’s very safe and he looked super comfy! Also the sun shade was great! I’d use one if it were an adult size lol. It did really well keeping above the water but allowing a good portion of him to be In the water and not get cold.

Let’s me just start with saying I was so weary buying a $70 float for my 8 week old, but I’m so glad I did!!It showed up in this small box, that made me believe it was nothing like pictured. Once I unboxed the float, it was so easy to set up & way better than my expectations. I wish it had a complete umbrella for sun coverage, but the shade it came with worked just as good. We used it 4th of July ‘24 (today) in the pool with all the bigger kids playing & she LOVED it. Straight to sleep it was so comfortable for her. I never once left her side, but definitely stayed stable the entire time.Definitely worth the money especially considering it’ll grow with them. I would never buy another float. Mambobaby Float for the summer win!

Just used this for our 4 month old granddaughter in our pool. The product is built to last and provides excellent support and safety while allowing her to freely kick and enjoy the water. The shade is a must if they will be swimming in the sun.It was a little tricky to get her into the harness the first couple of times, and for a 4 month old, is definitely a two person job, but it does get easier with practice. A GREAT product for peace-of-mind pool time!

I was worried about bringing my 4 month old into the pool and how he'd handle it, but he LOVES to splash around with this. We keep hands on at all times of course but feel much safer having him contained in a flotation device. It does auto-inflate but I had to finish inflating by mouth (which the instructions mentioned). The canopy does well to keep sun off of baby.

Got this for my granddaughter who is now 6 months old. She loves it. She is safe in it too. The foot rest would be helpful when they are really little.

I ordered this for my grandson who came from abroad to go to a cottage in Ontario. To my great disappointment, the velcro wrap was too small even though his weight was in the middle of the weight listed for the float so it could not be used safely. Unfortunately, I had bought the float ahead my grandson's arrival so the item is no longer eligible for the 30 day return policy. I suggest the company review the details of the baby float so this does not happen to someone else.
