The Mandoe team was quick to address my original review. Due to their response and help, I have moved them to 4 Stars and will probably come back later and move it higher. They addressed my issues quickly and satisfactorily and are in the process of creating a video tutorial on use of their product.Thank you to Evan for his help!Original Review:It's klunky and has no real instructions or tutorials to guide you. The results are good, but I'm using MS PowerPoint and saving it as a Mp4 file to display it.

After initial setup, the operation if fairly intuitive. You have to be sure that your screen image file is correct / not oversized as it will lock up the unit. (Support was good/quick to resolve this issue) After a few days I had it dialed in so ordered two more for displays in other rooms, but then in the fine print realized the monthly subscription cost is per display. It shows you can have unlimited units on your account and even though you don't need more storage if you're mirroring displays. I felt it was overpriced for what I was using it for so returned them. It might have been okay if it was a reduced rate for multiples, but it shouldn't cost them the same amount of overhead for each additional box.

I have been looking for a device for sometime to help me with the setup of my small business then I came across the Mandoe Essentials Media Player and was instantly drawn to ordering! It is the perfect device to help promote and advertise your small business, with it being super easy to set up and manage. There are plenty of professionally designed templates which can be customised to each suit all individual businesses and I am very much looking forward to creating my own designs to display.
