I’ve had this for a little bit now, and while I don’t use it as often as I probably should, I do think it makes my mat cleaner. And I think it smells really good—like lemongrass.The instructions on the bottle are easy to use. It does recommend getting specific mat disinfectant if you want to deep-deep-clean your mat, but this seems perfectly fine for everyday use combined with occasional deeper clean as directed on the bottle.I don’t think it’s sticky, which is good. It is wet, of course, but it dries relatively quickly.Kind of a side note, but I would love if there were an easier way to clean both sides of my mat without having to lay the clean side back on the floor. Unfortunately, I haven’t thought of anything yet. It would be nice if there was some kind of spray that you didn’t have to use a cloth for, since then you could just set your mat on edge and spray it down. Maybe that exists. I don’t know.

This smells wonderful, and works very nicely on my Manduka yoga mat. When I use it, it feels like it helps with the grip on my mat.

The spray is effective and evenly distributes the product across the mat, so you don’t end up wasting any.I also appreciate how quickly it dries, which is perfect when I need to roll up my mat soon after cleaning. The scent is amazing—fresh and natural without being overpowering—and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The only reason I took off a star is the price; it’s a bit expensive for the amount you get. That said, it’s still my favorite mat cleaner because it’s the most effective and smells the best!

The ingredients list essential oils and water so this will not clean your mat. Given that, i wouldn’t recommend

The product cleans my Manduka and Warrior mats nicely, leaving a fresh lemony scent behind (not overpowering or too noticeable in class). It also helps improve the 'stickiness' and grip on both mats.
