We've been feeding this to the ducks in the neighborhood and they love it. We've become the most popular people around at least with ducks. LOL

My kids love to feed geese at a local pond and they love this food.

Very nutritious for the geese and ducks, and perfect for growing their population, if thats your goal. The geese just gobble it up! Wait, is gobble exclusive to just turkeys?

They still seem to prefer corn, seeds and other things that are not as good for them.I didn't ask them how their egg production is, it just seemed impolite.I can't speak to the flavor, but I didn't get attacked by any angry ducks so there's that.

I have a rescue duck who I've accidentally made spoiled rotten. She started refusing to eat anything, but frozen peas, so I gave this a try.I made a custom mix with this feed, this brand's chicken/duck treat mix and freeze dried bugs... And she eats it!!

The ducks are now well fed. Important note if you are feeding in water the pellets sink. If your feeding in shallow water its not a problem and the ducks have enjoyed diving for them.

We are not supposed to feed bread to our local ducks and geese. I wish more people realized that and would purchase duck food. Children can throw these around and enjoy just as much as bread. I understand that bread is like junk food and also ends up polluting the pond, adding to algae.

Couple times a day we get several geese and a few mallards and they keep coming back for more!

this costs 6 times what I pay locally for food for the other birds, only because duck food is hard to get did I buy at this price. I mind. $24 for 8lb bag is silly, I get a $22 for a 50lbs bag for the turkeys and hens, even on the best premium food. I will continue to look locally and when I find it I will not buy this here.
